What to expect?

Many organizations are taking steps around diversity and inclusion, but come up against the same challenge: how do you make sure this is really alive in the daily operations? Culture change often remains abstract, while it is precisely behavior, leadership and informal norms that make the difference.

In this session, you will make culture change concrete. You’ll learn where the biggest roadblocks are, how to bring stakeholders along, and how to build an inclusive work culture that endures step by step.

You will leave this event with:

Understanding where your organization stands today in terms of inclusive culture,

A concrete framework (ADKAR) to address culture change in a structured way,

Practical tools to engage stakeholders and understand resistance,

initial actions to translate inclusion into behavior and daily decisions.
