The progress we are making is due to committed members as well as a team that thinks, works and moves with us.
Magali watches over the direction of The Shift and makes sure the strategy stays on point. She builds bridges between members, partners and other key players in the ecosystem, and is the connecting link between the team and the board.
Adrienne leads the various change programmes at The Shift. Within The System Shift, she helps companies and other organisations searching for economic models that look beyond profit, and also respect people and planet.
John is the main point of contact for companies and organisations looking to ground their climate ambitions in science. He shapes the activities within The Climate Shift.
Charlotte works together with Bart on The Biodiversity Shift. She also works within The System Shift on programmes centred around the Inner Development Goals, where members master the personal skills that make transition truly possible.
Delphine works with members to strengthen diversity and inclusion in the workplace through The Social Shift. With Young Challengers, she connects organisations with young talent bringing fresh, critical thinking to help them move forward.
Maxime leads Chapter Zero Brussels within The Shift. He supports forward-looking directors to understand systemic risks and structurally embed climate responsibility at board level.
Karen ensures our members’ voices are heard loud and clear. She gives clarity and consistency to our message, and is the first point of contact for press and public affairs.
Sara keeps The Shift’s communications clear and up to date. She looks after website updates, newsletters and social media and helps our community stay connected to what’s happening.
Delphine oversees human resources and finance at The Shift. She therefore creates a solid foundation and the right framework for the team to work towards our mission.
Audrey makes sure that all of The Shift’s activities take place in the best possible conditions. She keeps the administration on track, lightening the load on the rest of the team.
