The progress we make is only possible with committed members and a team that thinks, works and moves with us.
Magali keeps an eye on The Shift’s overall direction and makes sure our strategy is up to scratch. She builds bridges between members, partners and other key players, and is the connecting link between the team and the board.
Adrienne leads the various change programmes at The Shift. Within The System Shift, she helps companies and other organisations searching for economic models that look beyond profit, and also respect people and planet.
Bart coordinates The Biodiversity Shift, working closely with WWF-Belgium. With this initiative, he helps organisations factor biodiversity into their decision-making and so actively contribute to the restoration and conservation of nature.
Charlotte brings the Young Challengers to members. She also works within The System Shift on programmes centred around the Inner Development Goals, where members master the personal skills that make transition truly possible.
Delphine works with members on two major challenges: reducing carbon emissions in the value chain through The Climate Shift, and strengthening diversity and inclusion in the workplace through The Social Shift.
John is our point of contact for companies and other organisations seeking to back up their climate ambitions with the latest science. Alongside Delphine, he shapes the activities within The Climate Shift.
Karen ensures our members’ voices are heard loud and clear. She gives clarity and consistency to our message, and is the first point of contact for press and public affairs.
Jeroen is the first point of contact for new members and helps build our dynamic community platform. He has his finger on the pulse for all new trends and insights relevant to our network.
Delphine oversees human resources and finance at The Shift. She therefore creates a solid foundation and the right framework for the team to work towards our mission.
Audrey makes sure that all of The Shift’s activities take place in the best possible conditions. She keeps the administration on track, lightening the load on the rest of the team.
