What to expect?

An exclusive one-day, in-person course designed for board members and senior executives, this programme brings together expert insights, peer exchange, real-world case studies, and a structured boardroom simulation. Participants will dive into the science of biodiversity, gaining a clear understanding of nature-related risks and opportunities for business, while leaving with actionable insights and practical tools to meaningfully integrate nature into corporate strategy and board-level decision-making.

Key questions include:

Which parts of our strategy assume nature will remain stable?

What belongs to management,  and what requires board oversight?

What trade-offs are boards implicitly accepting today?

How can nature-related risks be integrated into board agendas?
