La Ferme du Chaudron is a collective, publicly accessible space in Neerpede (Anderlecht), brought to life by several organisations working together towards a fairer and more sustainable food system. The site brings together production, food and community, including a restaurant, local shop, vegetable garden and educational activities, and serves as a living lab where local, accessible and socially driven food is central, from field to plate.
