Welcome to the biggest networking event of the year where we bring together our Belgian sustainability community for the Annual General Meeting. We start with an inspiring keynote by award-winning environmental leader Elena Doms about her conversations with CEOs who choose sustainability. After the plenary part, we will let you get inspired around the hottest topics through interactive break-out sessions.
Why participate?
The world feels different today than it did just a few years ago. What once seemed self-evident, the transition to a sustainable economy, is now under pressure. We expect over 250 participants but above all, join us for:
plenary keynote by Elena Doms with stories from her new book “Gamechangers: how global CEOs make sustainability work in the real world” provides a warm energy boost;
interactive break-out sessions on burning questions such as: How do you stay resilient under pressure? How do you bring your board on board in times of transformation? And how do you navigate bias and inclusion?
practical insights that don’t live in reports, but emerge from open and honest conversations;
and above all: a sense of collective energy – the kind that makes what once felt out of reach suddenly possible.

Drawing on this unique blend of strategic leadership and thought leadership, she offers a sharp, results-driven perspective on what true transformation really requires.
During her keynote at The Collective Shift, Doms makes it explicit through stories of CEOs she interviewed for her book Gamechangers: those who want to build sustainable progress today must dare to choose, collaborate across borders and take long-term responsibility. A clear wake-up call for organizations that are serious about their role in the transition.
