The Collective Shift
Welcome to the largest networking event of the year, where we bring together our Belgian sustainability community for the annual General Meeting. We’ll kick off with an inspiring keynote from award-winning environmental leader Elena Doms on her conversations with CEOs who are committed to sustainability. Following the plenary session, we’ll explore the latest topics through interactive breakout sessions.
Why participate?
The world feels different today than it did just a few years ago. What once seemed self-evident, the transition to a sustainable economy, is now under pressure. Many of you experience it daily: conversations need to be reopened, and choices defended all over again. Sometimes the real challenge is not a new strategy, but the energy to keep going.
That is exactly why we are bringing together Belgium’s largest and most diverse sustainability community. Not just for inspiration, but to recharge batteries. To feel that you are not alone in this. And to keep building forward, with fresh ideas, new perspectives and renewed courage.
What to expect?
This is not your typical event. It is a moment to step away from the daily rush and reconnect with others who are dealing with the same questions and share the same ambition.
We expect over 250 participants but above all, join us for:
plenary keynote speech by Elena Doms with stories from her bestseller ‘Gamechangers: how global CEOs make sustainability work in the real world’ gives a real energy boost;
interactive break-out sessions on burning questions such as: How do you stay resilient under pressure? How do you bring your board on board in times of transformation? And how do you navigate bias and inclusion?
practical insights that don’t live in reports, but emerge from open and honest conversations;
and above all: a sense of collective energy – the kind that makes what once felt out of reach suddenly possible.
Keynote Elena Doms
Elena Doms is Director Europe at Oxygen Conservation, bestselling author of Gamechangers and recognised as a LinkedIn Top Green Voice.
Drawing on this unique blend of strategic leadership and thought leadership, she offers a sharp, results-driven perspective on what true transformation really requires.
During her keynote speech at The Collective Shift, Doms illustrates her point through stories from CEOs she interviewed for her book Gamechangers: those who want to drive sustainable progress today must be willing to make bold choices, collaborate across boundaries, and take responsibility for the long term. A clear wake-up call for organisations that take their role in the transition seriously.
