    Join us for hands-on workshops with three powerful fresks: on inclusion, sexism or diversity. Each built from real experiences in the workplace.

    Gain insight into how culture impacts performance, well-being and retention.

    Learn how to make culture change sustainable, through strategy, leadership and daily habits.

    Share your challenges and ideas with colleagues from other organizations facing the same questions.

An interactive afternoon guided by members of The Shift, with tools, space and peer support to rethink your approach around achievement and inclusion. Choose from one of the following 3 Freks workshops:
