The Challengers are 40 young pioneers who make the voice of their generation heard. They challenge our team, projects and network with fresh ideas and turn them into workshops, collaborations and challenges. In this way, they develop their talents and build impactful projects together.
Talent2Connect, launched in 2015, united companies, governments and social organizations to better support vulnerable groups on their way to work. New collaborations led to innovative solutions for a labor market where everyone can use their talent.

Work and Inclusion (2022-2023) gathered companies, policymakers and civil society actors to build inclusive workplaces.
