Embedding Inclusion in Talent Strategy

Without talent, there is no future. In a tight labour market, the real difference is made by a culture where everyone has the space to grow. More and more organisations are investing in diversity, equity and inclusion to attract people, prevent burnout and turnover, and strengthen their overall resilience.

Work with experts and peers to develop a talent approach that actually works.

Integrate diversity, equity & inclusion

Why participate?

The job market is changing rapidly, putting organisations under pressure to rethink how they approach talent. A diverse and inclusive culture is no longer a bonus, but a basic condition for staying strong in times of scarcity. Teams perform better when differences are recognised and valued, and when people feel safe and appreciated.

At the same time, expectations around fairness, transparency and wellbeing at work continue to rise. People are looking not just for a job, but for a place where they genuinely feel they belong. Organisations that create such an environment gain in attractiveness, innovation and resilience.

In practice, the path forward is often unclear. Many organisations know what they want to achieve, but struggle with how to get there. This community of practice offers a space to explore those questions together, exchange experiences with peers from other sectors, and gradually embed inclusion as a strategic strength within your organisation.

What to expect?

In an open and supportive environment, guided by experts, participants learn to challenge biases and work constructively with resistance.

You will build a solid business case for diversity, equity and inclusion, with concrete data and insights that you can leverage towards management and colleagues.

You go beyond single actions: with experts and fellow organisations, you translate diversity, equity and inclusion into a reasoned talent strategy that contributes to retention, innovation and competitiveness.

You leave not only with new insights, but also with concrete tools, measurement instruments and tested methods that your organisation can apply immediately.

What members say

Quote Icon

‘We offer people from vulnerable backgrounds the opportunity to develop their language skills, talents and networks. After the internship, they can start working for us, which we would love, but they are just as welcome to find work elsewhere. For me, that is the essence of inclusion: giving people the opportunity to get ahead, without conditions or pressure.’

Programme

We meet across six afternoons in total. You’ll work actively with other members facing similar questions, supported by experts who bring fresh perspectives.

Each session is hosted by one of the participating organisations. This creates extra inspiration, offers a glimpse into different working contexts and makes the learning immediately tangible. As the community operates bilingually, everyone speaks in the language they feel most comfortable with, while presentations are mainly given in English.

What we stand for

In today’s “war for talent”, it is vital to attract and retain the best and brightest. Organisations that focus on playing to the strengths of their employees, regardless of their background, remain competitive and agile. This is a strategic approach that goes beyond temporary or ad hoc initiatives. By bringing a broader range of perspectives to the table, an organisation becomes stronger and better able to respond to future challenges.
