Measuring inclusion in the workplace

If you take diversity, equity and inclusion seriously, you need to make them measurable. In this second session of the learning network, we translate ambition into action: you will learn how to select meaningful indicators, interpret data correctly and use insights to make focused decisions and drive real progress.

What to expect?

Many organisations collect data on diversity and inclusion, yet struggle to interpret it. Indicators are often fragmented, sensitive to navigate or disconnected from strategy and decision-making. Without a clear measurement approach, inclusion risks remaining invisible or symbolic, rather than becoming a lever for progress.

After this session you will have:

a clearer understanding of what to measure, and what not to measure, when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion,

practical tools to interpret data responsibly, with attention to limitations, blind spots and ethical considerations,

concrete examples of how organisations use DEI data to strengthen policy, leadership and HR practices,

a stronger understanding of how measurement can support learning, trust and long-term change.
